Group Seating
If you are joining others, but purchasing tix separately, please tell us in the order notes at checkout who you want to be sat with.
Customers purchasing multiple tickets will automatically be sat together.
Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class @ hello@elkocountyarts.org, so we can offer your seat to another interested person.
Our Refund Policy
Prior to 24 Hours of the event results in a 100% Credit Voucher
Within 24 Hrs = 50% Credit Voucher
Within 5 Hrs of the event = No Credit Voucher
Tickets are fully transferable, and you may let someone of your own choosing use your ticket in your absence.
